About the AO Precinct Food & Drink Program
The Australian Open is recognised globally for delivering world-class sport, entertainment and culinary experiences. The AO Precinct Food Program brings together leading chefs, restaurants, operators and brands to create a vibrant, multicultural hospitality program enjoyed by more than a million attendees.
For AO27, our goal is to elevate and expand this offering - celebrating the breadth of Australian food culture while delivering an accessible, high-quality, and welcoming experience for all. With the tournament now spanning three weeks, the demand for diverse and dynamic food options is greater than ever.
This Expression of Interest is your opportunity to join the AO Food & Drink Program and showcase your cuisine, creativity and brand on one of the biggest stages in global sport and entertainment.

Before submitting your Expression of Interest, please note the below key information:
The AO Food Vendor Expression of Interest submissions will open from 13 March 2026 Submissions will close on Friday 26th June 2026.
After the submission deadline, the AO27 Food Vendor Expression of Interest submissions will be assessed on Brand/Concept, Food Offering/Menu, and Catering/Event Experience & Capabilities, and a shortlist of applicants determined.
Shortlisted applicants will be contacted via email for further commercial and operational discussions and invited to submit a formal application.
Please note the AO Food Vendor Expression of Interest is not open to beverage (including coffee, soft drinks, juice, and alcoholic beverages) brands or operators.
