Ticket information

Group Bookings for 10+ seats can be purchased via Ticketmaster.com.au/AOGroups
Group bookings are only available on selected sessions and exclude all Ground Passes. 

John Cain Arena has both booked reserved seating and seats available for patrons with a Ground Pass on a first in basis. Once John Cain Arena is at capacity you can join a Virtual Queue. To join the virtual queue you can book a seat by scanning a QR code at different gates at the arena. Joining a Virtual Queue does not guarantee access.
Please note there will be no matches played in John Cain Arena after day 8 of the AO.

*Access is not guaranteed to patrons for John Cain Arena, Kia Arena and outside courts as these arenas and courts are not wholly ticketed on a given seat basis. Kia Arena access is subject to exclusions on 27, 28, 29 Jan.
