Accessibility and Inclusion

The Australian Open prides itself on creating a welcoming, safe and inclusive Grand Slam where all people can confidently plan and enjoy their experience in ways that suit their individual needs.  

Find tickets

There are three ways you can purchase accessible seating:

 

  1. Ticketmaster website
    Wheelchair and accompanying seats (paid tickets or with a Companion Card) can be purchased via Ticketmaster Site. In the seat selection page, please use the ‘View only Accessible Tickets’ toggle or the ‘Ticket type’ filter to view accessibility seating options.   
  2. Ticketmaster phone line
    1300 446 925 Monday – Friday 9.00am – 5.00pm (AEST).   
  3. Submit a form to Ticketmaster 
    You may also submit an Accessibility Form.

Tennis Australia are proud to provide inclusive opportunities on and off the court year throughout the year. In addition to inclusive mainstream tennis, participation pathways include:

  • Intellectual disability and/or Autism tennis 
  • Para standing tennis 
  • Wheelchair tennis
