In a Grand Slam first, a premium and exclusive food experience titled the AO Chef Series will be presented in conjunction with Australian Open 2018 at The Glasshouse this summer.
The AO Chef Series will bring together some of Australia’s and the world’s much loved and most respected chefs to create incredible personalised dining experiences in a series of pop-up restaurants.
The big-name chefs involved are:
- Peter Gilmore from Sydney’s Quay and Bennelong restaurants
- Angela Hartnett from London restaurant Murano.
- Alejandro Saravia from Melbourne restaurant Pastuso
- Jake Nicolson from Blackbird Bar & Grill in Brisbane.
