Bronco is redefining how the global sports industry manages contracts, commercial opportunities and athlete intelligence.
Founded by former MLS professional coach and sports agent Jack Ryan, Bronco creates a three-way marketplace connecting talent, brands, and clubs, transforming how the industry manages commercial relationships through intelligent automation.
As part of AO StartUps, Bronco will pilot their AI-powered intelligence platform with Tennis Australia’s Player Management team during 2026.
"Players deserve better. Sport deserves better. I've seen firsthand how much money is left on the table across the industry, not because of bad agents or lazy athletes, but because we're managing billion-dollar commercial relationships with outdated systems that were never built for this level of complexity,” said Bronco Founder Jack Ryan.
“I started Bronco because the infrastructure simply doesn't exist for modern sports commerce, and everyone suffers as a result.
“I'm absolutely over the moon to be collaborating with Tennis Australia on this journey. I am a sports fanatic and have been a fan of how forward-thinking they are as an organisation, and their commitment to innovation in sport is exactly the kind of leadership the industry needs."
Bronco launches with two core products: Contract Intelligence tracks payment obligations and performance bonuses, while Commercial Agent uses AI to identify brand partnerships and measure campaign success.
“We’re thrilled to welcome Bronco into the AO StartUps program,” said Tennis Australia Director of Innovation Machar Reid.
“Their AI driven approach to contract intelligence and commercial insights represents exactly the kind of innovation we want to accelerate in tennis. Bronco’s technology has the potential to transform how athletes, brands, and clubs manage commercial relationships across the sport.”
The full cohort of AO StartUp companies will be announced during AO 2026.
