AO 2025 set to serve up a culinary feast of global flavours

  • ausopen.com

Australian Open 2025 is set to deliver a culinary feast like never before, offering fans the most extensive range of food experiences in the event’s history.

From fine dining to food trucks, French cuisine to Filipino, tacos to souvlakis, and everything in between, there's something to satisfy every taste.

Fans will be spoiled for choice with a diverse array of mouthwatering options throughout the precinct.

“We’re very excited to share the food and beverage offering for AO 2025, one of our most extensive and diverse lineups to date, with more than 15 cuisines on offer, from 21 different restaurants,” Tennis Australia Chief Commercial Officer Cedric Cornelis said.

Garden Square will again be an oasis, complete with delicious food options, live music and tennis on the big screens.

The menu for Garden Square is truly international, starring classics from French-inspired Melbourne favourite Entrecote, ‘Maltese meets Mediterranean’ by one of Melbourne’s most loved food stars, OSTRO by Julia Busuttil Nishimura, mouthwatering panini and Italian dolce from Piccolo Panini Bar, and delicious Lebanese savoury pastries and wraps from second generation family-run A1 Bakery.

Grand Slam Oval will become a global food mecca with exciting new names El Jannah, CDMX Taqueria, Silk Spoon and The Filipino Project and returning favourites serving cuisines from around the world.

The Western Courts will host Good Days, offering fresh Vietnamese fare with a twist, and Tennessee Wingboys, the latest venture from AO-favourite Charlie Carrington, serving Nashville style fried chicken, burgers and fries.

Balaclava’s inspiring social enterprise All Things Equal, staffed by an all-abilities workforce, will bring its delicious café menu to the AO Ballpark presented by Emirates alongside family-favourite Wonder Pies.

The Australian Open’s iconic dessert, the Peach Melbourne, complete with Australian grown peaches and raspberries, will be back by popular demand.

Another fan favourite at AO 2024, the Courtside Bar will also return in 2025.

Expanded so that more fans can take in the action while enjoying a snack or cocktail, it’s been redesigned to enhance tennis viewing and will feature a stylish rooftop cocktail bar.

Two iconic international brands will be a part of Courtside Bar in 2025 and will be announced soon.

A brand-new suite of hospitality options, designed to revolutionise premium experiences at the Australian Open, was launched earlier this year as AO Reserve.

The latest addition to AO Reserve’s star-studded lineup is Brigitte Hafner who will bring the renowned seasonal menu from her famous Red Hill restaurant Tedesca Osteria to the Glasshouse in the final week of the AO.

“We’re incredibly excited to welcome Brigitte and a sample of Tedesca Osteria’s stunning menu to the AO,” Tennis Australia’s Head of Product Growth and Innovation Fern Barrett said.

“AO Reserve is unlike anything we’ve offered previously at the Australian Open. From the custom-designed spaces and handpicked culinary talent, to the chance to go behind the scenes and watch from the best seats in the house, it’s another example of the Australian Open hitting different and raising the bar for event hospitality.”
