The Australian Open has unveiled the program for its epic new precinct TOPCOURT. Everyday throughout AO main draw, TOPCOURT will be buzzing with a packed schedule of gaming, live entertainment, exclusive food and drink offerings, pop-ups from the most sought-after brands and so much more.
Located at Birrarung Marr Middle Terrace, TOPCOURT has been designed for Gen Z fans. It is a high-energy site where sport, digital media, and pop culture collide, delivering a world-class destination that reimagines the tennis fan experience.
Set to draw crowds is Game On powered by Fortress, a digital gaming pavilion for the future sports fan. Inside, fans can immerse themselves in a huge range of gaming experiences from VR Tennis, an interactive reimagination of the schoolyard game 4-Square, Console Corner, TopSpin 2K25 Challenge Court, PC Esports and a Retro Arcade. Titles like Epic’s Fortnite and Rocket League, 2K’s NBA and Topspin titles and the latest console games will all be on offer to battle it out with friends.
Central to the vibrant TOPCOURT precinct is the striking Centre Stage where local icons Louis Hanson and Lavender Baj will host performances and entertainment daily including:
- Aux Court Battles powered by iHeart Radio & CADA – battle it out with your three biggest bangers and let the crowd decide whose playlist is the best aux cord material.
- Tie Breaker DJ sets - hosted by Nina Las Vegas, DJs go back-to-back with sports stars to see who can rule AO TOPCOURT on the decks.
- Mic Drop moments on stage with influencers and podcast creators taking over Centre Stage with their celebrated styles of social and podcast content with a tennis twist.
- Live music every day, with DJ's playing all the best pop and throwback selections into the night.
“TOPCOURT is an entirely fresh approach for the AO,” Tennis Australia Director of Product and Customer Experience Amanda Del Prete said.
“We’ve created a space where sport, music, gaming, food and culture collide, giving fans the freedom to explore and create their own unique experience. From gaming challenges to live entertainment, there’s something for everyone.”
Beauty powerhouse MECCA will bring the holiday vibes with its MECCA Summer Club, the ultimate beauty oasis where fans can reset, refresh and try the most-hyped beauty of the season. Fans can ace their look between sets with walk-in makeup, skin and hair transformations and shop the curated collection of summer glow-up essentials and only-at-the-tennis finds.
Giving fans the full glow up experience, local names Haus of Dizzy and Buff Nails will bring their signature products and services to AO Let’s Glow.
Sidelines at TOPCOURT will have fans’ shopping needs covered with in-demand brands including Ralph Lauren, Bondi Sands, and the AO Shop offering TOPCOURT exclusive collabs and ranges.
TOPCOURT’s one-of-a-kind experiences extend to food as well. Unique to the precinct is TOP SNACC – a collaboration with Raph Rashid, otherwise known as the original Snacc Boss and behind Melbourne institutions Beatbox Kitchen, All Day Donuts, Juanita Peaches and Taco Truck.
