Day 10 schedule released

Reigning champions Novak Djokovic and Aryna Sabalenka take to court at Rod Laver Arena on Tuesday in a packed day of quarterfinal action at AO 2024.

DAY 10: Schedule of play at AO 2024

Djokovic dismissed 20th seed Adrian Mannarino in a dominant display on Sunday and it is now the turn of 12th seed Taylor Fritz to try to stop the Serb from securing his 11th Australian Open title.

The pair have met on eight previous occasions, including at AO 2021, but Fritz is yet to claim a win over Djokovic. The match is scheduled not before 2.30pm.

No.2 seed Sabalenka, continuing her blistering form in her fourth-round victory over Amanda Anisimova, opens the night session at 7pm with her quarterfinal match-up against Barbora Krejcikova.

The Czech ended the dream run of teen sensation Mirra Andreeva, and heads into the quarterfinal with just one victory over Sabalenka in six attempts.

That match is followed by seeds four and five – Jannik Sinner and Andrey Rublev – who meet for a seventh time. Sinner leads their head-to-head 4-2.

Rublev broke home fans’ hearts on Sunday with a five-set thriller over Alex de Minaur, while Sinner completed a straight-sets win over No.15 seed Karen Khachanov.

But it’s Coco Gauff and Marta Kostyuk – both at this stage at the AO for the first time – who kick off the day’s quarterfinals at RLA, not before 1pm.

Gauff is looking unstoppable at the moment having not dropped a set in her first four matches. Can Kostyuk put the brakes on the American?
