Australian Open & Grey Goose serve up new signature cocktail at AO 2025

The Australian Open today announced a new partnership with Australia’s number one super-premium spirit, Grey Goose. As the Official Vodka Partner of the Australian Open, Grey Goose is set to bring an unforgettable blend of style and sophistication to the tournament in 2025 and beyond.

To celebrate the partnership, the Grey Goose Lemon Ace cocktail will debut at the Australian Open in January.

The vodka-infused cocktail has been created exclusively for the Australian Open and tennis fans can look forward to a the perfectly balanced blend of Grey Goose original vodka, passionfruit syrup and sparkling lemonade, served over ice and garnished with a lemon ball and fresh mint.

Further elevating the AO’s courtside hospitality, Grey Goose will enable fans to take in the tennis in style, with two unique onsite hospitality experiences designed to complement the tournament’s electric atmosphere.

The Grey Goose Rooftop at the Courtside Bar – an innovative concept introduced at AO 2024 with sweeping views of all the live action on Court 6 – will be transformed into a Grey Goose haven, where fans can enjoy the action with a freshly mixed Grey Goose Lemon Ace, exclusive to the first-floor bar for Ground Pass holders. While there, guests can order from a curated cocktail menu, with the bar’s chic ambience setting the mood from day to night.

Complementing this unique offering upstairs, the Courtside Bar’s lower level will host local icon, Hank’s Bagelry. Fans can sample from a delicious all-day menu offering three of Hank’s fresh and flavour-filled New York style bagels including salmon, chicken and pumpkin, plus optional side of crisps and pickles.

The Courtside Bar will serve another AO first this January – the AO Frappe. Coffee is a staple for Melbournians and AO patrons alike, and a chilled coffee frappe is the perfect accompaniment on a hot summer day. This new signature drink will be available in coffee and chocolate flavours and is freshly made with vanilla soft serve, milk and ice, and conveniently canned.

Grey Goose will also take centre stage at the balcony bar within Club 1905, the new AO Reserve hospitality space named in honour of the Australian Open’s foundation year. Offering unparalleled luxury, Grey Goose will present a drinks menu featuring Classic Grey Goose Martinis and signature serves of its new prestige vodka, Grey Goose Altius.

In another AO exclusive, fans can enjoy the Grey Goose Lemon Ace as a ready-to-drink beverage in a can at a range of hospitality venues across the precinct. This marks the first time Grey Goose has produced a ready-to-drink product globally.
