Paying homage to Chinatown through a contemporary lens, Beijing Betty will emulate an eighties-to-now representation of East meets West while delivering the much-loved vibe that Commune Group’s restaurants including Tokyo Tina, Hanoi Hannah and retired Saigon Sally have become famed for.
