Miznon
Miznon was born by Michelin Star Chef, Eyal Shani. Miznon use fresh and seasonally inspired ingredients to create a new kind of Mediterranean street food. Miznon 's vision is to take the flavour of a city and translate it into pita and this year they will play tribute to multicultural Melbourne creating some signature pita’s, especially for AO.

D'Sylva's Fried Chicken
One of Melbourne’s premium hatted chefs, Adam D’Sylva, will curate an eclectic, locally sourced, produce driven menu inspired by a classic comfort food, succulent fried chicken. Adam draws his inspiration from decades of experience as a respected leading Melbourne Chef and will provide a unique menu story for AO21 , inspired by Melbourne’s multicultural benchmark as a leader in great food.

Royale Brothers
Melbourne’s own Royale Brothers deliver a premium burger created with the freshest local produce. Their award winning burgers are a festival favourite. Royale Brothers return to AO for 2021 and will offer a wide selection of freshly made waygu beef burgers and meal packs for fans relaxing on GSO with friends at the bar, enjoying live entertainment and all the tennis action on the big screen.

The Commons by The Big Group, will take over and transform Garden Square, bringing to life a gourmet tasting experience that will champion Victorian produce. The Grainshaker Australian Vodka Bar promises to be the spot to be seen for avid tennis fans at the AO. Conveniently near the Western Courts' grassy hill, it will be the ideal place to catch a drink in between all the on-court action.

Squealing Pig Wine Bar
Wine Bar part of the GSO action within John Cain Arena enjoy the extensive range of wine and try a newly featured gin prosecco.

Taco Truck

Grand Slam Oval

Premium Dining Precinct
Returning for its 4th year, Rockpool moves across the AO Dining precinct to join the AO Chef Series, featuring serves from Mark Briggs, Michael Ryan, Jo Barrett, and Phil Wood. In the second week, Chef Charlie Carrington delivers his first authentic “Australian-themed” menu at Atlas Australia.
